Vada Pav is a savory and spicy soft dinner rolls or fluffy buns, referred to as Pav, stuffed with a fried batter coated potato dumpling fritter called Batata Vada and laced with spicy, sweet and special chutneys. What a gorgeous looking chutney this is!.. that its famously known as the Bombay Chutney and I was bewildered. I had never even heard of it, forget tasting it while I was in Bombay all my life.
