Before canceling any order, we will contact/notify you.

Orders that are to be delivered the same day are processed immediately and usually cannot be modified/canceled. If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will attempt to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be canceled/modified, and you will be charged for the order.

In other cases of order modification/cancellation, you must provide at least 24 (twenty-four) hours’ advance notice.
